Good to know
Questions pet parents ask
Something else on your mind? Ask us on WhatsApp — we’re happy to help.
How often should my dog be groomed?
It depends on the coat. Short, smooth coats usually need a bath and nail trim every 6–8 weeks. Long, curly or double coats do best every 4–6 weeks, with brushing at home in between. Tell us the breed and we’ll suggest a routine.
Can puppies be groomed?
Yes — short, gentle first sessions help puppies get used to baths, brushes and dryers. Check with your vet that their vaccinations are complete first.
What should I tell you before the groom?
Any skin problems, allergies, injuries, matting, or nerves around dryers and clippers. It helps us plan a calm, comfortable groom.
