What should I pack for a hostel stay?
Food is included, so just bring any medicines with written instructions, a toy or blanket that smells of home, their leash and collar, and vaccination records. If your pet is on a special diet, mention it when you book. Our tips page has a full packing list.
Is a trial day a good idea?
For a first stay, a day at the crèche helps your pet get to know the space and the people before a longer stay. Ask us about it when you book.
Will I get updates while I’m away?
Yes — Puppy Planet offers video call updates, so you can see how your pet is doing during their stay.
Do you need my pet’s vaccination records?
Please bring up-to-date vaccination records — it keeps every guest safe. We’ll confirm exactly what we need when you book.
