Before you come
A little checklist
Nothing complicated — just a few things that make the visit smoother for everyone.
- Their vaccination records, for crèche and hostel stays
- Any medicines (meals are included in crèche and hostel stays)
- A leash or harness for the walk in
- Any allergies, health issues or nerves we should know about
- A favourite toy or blanket for overnight guests
- A short walk before drop-off helps them settle

How often should my dog be groomed?
It depends on the coat. Short, smooth coats usually need a bath and nail trim every 6–8 weeks. Long, curly or double coats do best every 4–6 weeks, with brushing at home in between. Tell us the breed and we’ll suggest a routine.
What should I pack for a hostel stay?
Food is included, so just bring any medicines with written instructions, a toy or blanket that smells of home, their leash and collar, and vaccination records. If your pet is on a special diet, mention it when you book. Our tips page has a full packing list.
Is a trial day a good idea?
For a first stay, a day at the crèche helps your pet get to know the space and the people before a longer stay. Ask us about it when you book.
